Yes. Home base is Austin, TX (AUS). Mixmode routinely plays fly dates across all 50 states — festivals, resorts, corporate off-sites, destination weddings. Drive dates are common within Texas. Travel, ground, and lodging are billed at cost per the rider.

Yes. Passports are current, work visas can be secured with adequate lead time, and we've routed dates in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. For EU/UK/APAC, expect 90–120 days for visas and international freight of production elements.

A signed contract and 50% deposit confirm the date. Balance is due day-of-show via wire or certified funds. Cancellation terms and force-majeure language are outlined in the standard performance agreement, provided at contract stage.

Yes. Custom edits, walk-in music, first-dance arrangements, brand moments for corporate activations, and bespoke intros are all standard. Larger customizations (original edits, produced content for the LED wall) are quoted as production add-ons.

Yes. Meet & greets, photo lines, backstage hospitality moments, and short pre-show Q&As can be added for VIP ticket holders, sponsors, or private clients. Requested in advance and scheduled around soundcheck.

For most rooms the buyer provides FOH, monitors, and standard DJ backline. For smaller private events without in-house production, we can bring a scaled sound + lighting package — quoted separately based on room size and expected attendance.

A full technical rider, stage plot, input list, power requirements, and hospitality rider are available in the EPK. Mixmode adds a guitar input, DI, and one wedge monitor. Our advance team coordinates with your production manager 30 days out to confirm every detail.

Outdoor bookings should include a covered stage or a defined weather contingency (indoor backup, tenting, or a rescheduled slot). Force-majeure language in the performance agreement covers cancellations due to unsafe conditions. We're happy to review your weather plan during advance.
