What it is
Nightclubs & Venues with Mixmode.
Nightclub booking means Mixmode headlines your room as a hybrid duo. It runs like a DJ set — open format, read the floor, keep the tempo moving — with a live electric guitarist adding riffs, leads, and stage presence a booth can't produce. Country EDM anchors the night, and the set crosses into hip-hop, house, rock, and Latin depending on the room. Sets scale from a 90-minute headline to a longer peak-hour slot, with support or warm-up before if your night is programmed that way.
Who it's for
- Talent buyers programming weekend headline nights
- Venue owners and GMs building a recurring or themed night
- Promoters producing one-off events or festival afterparties
- Hospitality groups and rooftops looking for a live-hybrid alternative to a DJ
Why buyers book it
What nightclubs bookers get.
A show, not just a set
A live guitarist on stage gives your room something to film and post — the reason a hybrid night reads differently from a standard DJ booking.
Open-format programming
Country EDM into hip-hop, house, rock, and Latin. The floor stays full without locking the night into one genre.
Fits your night, not ours
Headline, peak-hour, or afterparty. Themed nights — emo, classic rock, Latin — can be programmed as a branded night.
Simple to load in
DJ backline plus a guitar DI and one wedge. Short changeover, no full-band load-in, no extended soundcheck.

The set
Open-format Country EDM built for peak hour, with live guitar over the drops and recognizable hooks landing all night.
- 04
Late-night close
The set is programmed to hold the floor through last call rather than peaking early and emptying the room.

The format
Why DJ + live guitar is different.
In a club, the difference is visibility. A DJ works the floor but disappears behind the booth; a live band takes the stage but can't move between genres mid-set. Mixmode runs the DJ set and puts a guitarist out front playing the riffs live — so the peak-hour moments have a performer attached to them, and the night still mixes like a club night rather than a setlist.

Still have questions? Send them in the quote form — we reply personally within one business day.
How long is a club set?
A headline slot typically runs 90 minutes to a longer peak-hour set. Extended or multi-set nights are quoted as part of the booking.
What does the venue need to provide?
Standard DJ backline in the booth, plus one guitar input with DI and a wedge monitor. Everything else is in the technical rider.
Can you program a themed night?
Yes. Emo, classic rock, Latin, hip-hop, and country crossover nights are all formats Mixmode already plays — see the genre pages for how each set is built.
Do you play afterparties?
Yes. Festival and concert afterparties are a regular booking, including on the same weekend as a festival set.
What are the deposit terms?
A signed contract and 50% deposit confirm the date, with the balance due day-of-show. Full terms are in the standard performance agreement.
How do we get availability?
Send the date, venue, capacity, and slot through the form. You'll have availability and a fee range within one business day.
