- How do I book Mixmode?
- Submit the booking form, email booking@mixmodemusic.com, or text (512) 964-9722 with your date, city, venue, expected attendance, and event type. Replies come within one business day.
Booking & Availability
How far in advance should we book?
Prime festival and corporate dates (April–October, plus NYE) book 6–12 months out. Weddings and private events typically confirm 4–9 months in advance.
How do I request pricing?
Submit the quote form or email booking@mixmodemusic.com with your date, city, venue, expected attendance, and event type. Our team responds within one business day.
Do you travel nationwide?
Yes. Home base is Austin, TX. We routinely play fly dates across all 50 states.
Can you perform internationally?
Yes. Passports current, work visas secured with adequate lead time. We've routed dates in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
50% deposit confirms the date. Balance due day-of. Force-majeure language covers weather, illness, travel disruption.
Performance & Format
What's included in your performance?
A headline-caliber DJ set with a Country EDM core - open format, 60–120 minutes. Live guitar duo format available.
Can you play weddings, corporate, festivals, and clubs?
Yes to all four. Show scales from an intimate 150-person wedding to a 30,000-capacity festival main stage.
Can the show be customized?
Yes. Custom edits, walk-in music, first-dance arrangements, brand moments for corporate activations are standard.
Meet & Greets or VIP experiences?
Yes. Available for VIP ticket holders, sponsors, or private clients.
Production & Technical
Do you provide sound and lighting?
For most rooms the buyer provides FOH/monitors/DJ backline. For smaller private events, a scaled sound + lighting package is available.
Technical requirements?
Full technical rider, stage plot, input list available in the EPK. Guitar adds a DI and one wedge monitor.
Outdoor weather contingency?
Outdoor bookings should include a covered stage or defined weather backup. Force-majeure language covers unsafe conditions.
